The Design Challenge
Create over 100 window and door displays at a specific price point that look nice but still fit the tight budget. Displays will travel around the country by truck to dealers and trade shows. Must be durable and have wheels, covers and storage for graphics.
The Creative Solution
Used an outside vendor to router cut side wall panels, saving time and money. Created a system to efficiently assemble and build displays to meet budget criteria. Used a numbering system to track displays coming in and going out for repairs.
