How We Work

Every project moves through a process that keeps everything efficient and organized. We begin with a focused review of your brand, audience, and event goals, then translate that insight into an exhibit built for performance. By managing all stages in house, from planning to post event storage, we maintain full control over quality, timing, and execution. Whether it is a modular kit or a permanent installation, each build is tailored for reliability and long term use.

We start by gathering details: timelines, budget, exhibit size, branding requirements, and any event-specific needs. This step defines the scope and ensures everyone is aligned before design begins.

Our design team creates detailed drawings and 3D renderings that meet brand guidelines, floor plan requirements, and functional goals. Revisions happen here before anything goes to production.

Our in-house wood and metal shop combined with our large format printing capabilities give us full control over the manufacturing process and deadlines.

We manage crating, shipping, documentation, and coordination with event organizers. All timelines are set in advance, with tracking and oversight built in.

Our team handles on-site setup and breakdown. Install instructions are followed exactly, and we coordinate any AV or technical needs directly with the venue.

After the event, exhibits and materials are stored at our 80,000 square foot warehouse. It is a full-service facility for storing, staging, and shipping exhibits of any size. You can access your inventory catalog and track shipments using our online portal.
